We currently ship BakeBox® Products within the continental United States only. At this time we are not shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. We will deliver your order as promised using any effective shipping service available.
Folks, shipping is just not cheap these days. We have searched for the fastest options at the best prices. For most of our gifts, the good old United States Postal Service is the best option. For us, they’ve been reliable, and generally delivering in a shorter time than promised. And they deliver – everywhere.
For some of our larger packages, we use UPS.
For our monthly subscriptions:
We ship the 3rd week of the month on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. (We will be adding our detailed, 2015 month-by-month shipping schedule for subscriptions shortly.) BakeBox® delivery is generally within 2 to 3 days from the shipping date. We notify our monthly subscribers when BakeBox® subscriptions have shipped.
Please note: Due to the holidays, our December BakeBox® is shipping earlier than usual, within the first or second week of December.
For other Bakebox® Products:
The quality and freshness of our products are important to us and we bake to order. Orders are usually baked and shipped within 5 to 7 days from the date of order or shipped to meet a promised delivery date. During holidays, due to increased volume, this time may be extended. Please check our cut-off dates for holiday orders.
We do not ship and there are no deliveries on: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
For our Business VIP members:
We ship to meet our agreed-upon delivery windows.
Our general policy is to provide a product exchange if your product arrives damaged. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of your order and include photos of the damage so we may contact our shipper.
We appreciate all your positive comments but if you have an issue, we definitely want to hear about it as soon as possible. So, please email us at email@example.com describing your issue and we will address your concerns as soon as possible.
We do not refund for delivery problems due to information that was incorrectly provided to us, problems not related to or caused by BakeBox®, or Acts of God.
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of the time that you placed it, unless we have already shipped it out by then.
All orders can be placed on the website at any time or by calling 877-246-3030 Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time.
Subscription orders must be placed by the first day of the current month to ensure delivery in that month. Any subscription placed after the first of the current month will begin the next month. If you are ordering a subscription as a gift and place your order by the 15th of the month, we will send a small announcement gift and begin the subscription the following month.

All orders for the Christmas Holiday must be placed by December 15th to guarantee delivery prior to Christmas. BakeBox® subscription orders placed by November 30th will start in December, and ship out by the week of December 14th. BakeBox® subscription orders placed by December 15th will receive an announcement box, with your personalized message, and begin in January.

The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.
